Information and good advice are often the first thing that our customers need. You might be unsure exactly what you want, what is possible and what is involved with the different options you have. Footprint's team understands this and will give you the benefit of our knowledge and experience to ensure you get what's best for you, your home and the environment.

A total service

Footprint Building offers a complete building service, from design through to completion, including:

• Design and planning - we carefully think through and discuss each aspect of the project with you.
• Estimation and quotation - we spend time and effort drawing up a realistic and competitive estimate and quotation.
• Building regulations - we make sure our work is compliant and, where possible, we surpass the standards set by building control, especially with regard to energy efficiency. We support our customers through the building regulations application process.
• Project management - we manage every aspect, from material ordering and resource planning to site recycling. We do our best to account for the unknowns by building in time contingency. We compose a schedule of work, notifying customers and their neighbours of the plan, with weekly project updates.

On project completion we'll present you with a 'Customer Pack' including all manuals, drawings and records relevant to your project. We'll then conduct a Customer Satisfaction Survey to make sure we've met your requirements and to see where we could improve.

Our trades people include expertly qualified joiners, builders and stonemasons who can support all aspects of property restoration and refurbishment. We aim to deliver the highest quality craftsmanship and finish in each trade and to meet our customers' high expectations on every project, whatever the size.
